This year’s Wirehive 100 consisted of 15 Categories including the League Table.  Digital agencies in the South East, outside of London, were invited to enter as many categories as relevant.

Wirehive 100 League Table

It is FREE to enter for your chance to feature in the Wirehive 100 League Table. This will be a showcase of the top digital agencies in the South, outside London. You will need to provide signed accounts to enter. No figures will be made public. They will purely be used for judging purposes.

Most Respected

As you would expect, and tempting though it may be, you can’t enter this one yourself. This is a peer-nominated category, so you can name the digital agency that’s most impressed you over the last year (even if they are a competitor). After you have paid for your entry you will be given the opportunity to nominate (for free) your most respected Southern Agency.

Fastest Growth

Calling all number-crunchers. How's your CAGR been in the last few years? Maybe it's time to pick up an award for being the fastest growing digital agency in the South. You'll be judged on your year on year financial results, so show us your track record.

Best use of Search

This award acknowledges outstanding results in natural or paid-for search for those who can demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the medium as well as creativity, sound strategy and tangible ROI.

Best Mobile Project

This category is for any kind of application (apart from web) including augmented reality, mobile games or bespoke e-commerce apps. Judging will be based on how well the platform is bonded to the user need, functionality and user experience, as well as evidence of great results.

Best Content Creation

In a world overwhelmed by content we’re looking for an individual piece or integrated campaign that has achieved real cut through for one of your clients. Points will be awarded for originality, execution excellence and tangible brand or business benefits

Agency Site of the Year

This is for those agencies who have a shop window that is just as good as any site they’d deliver to a client The site should demonstrate outstanding quality in content, structure, navigation, design, interactivity, functionality, performance and overall experience within a recognisable and cohesive.

Consumer Site of the Year

This is the award for “the” site the agency has worked on this year for a consumer brand that has delivered technically and creatively and left one very happy customer. NB: this is for sites that have no eCommerce elements.

B2B Site of the Year

Sometimes B2B sites aren’t seen as exciting or glamorous as consumer brands. We don’t think this is the case. We’re looking for an exceptional site that brings together creativity, technical delivery and seamless user experience for a business brand. NB: this is for sites that have no eCommerce elements

E-Commerce Site of the Year

Online is still the fastest growth area for UK retail. This award is for those agencies who have been able to create a super slick online environment in which beautiful design, superb UX and technical brilliance allow businesses to trade either without the need for a high street presence or execute a multi-channel retail strategy.

Best use of Tech

This is the category for those working on the projects at the bleeding edge of this industry. Its concern is not with commercial success but with pure technological innovation that stands head and shoulders above the competition or perhaps even the industry standard.

Techie of the Year

Affectionately known as the ‘Super Geek’ award this is an individual award for those wizards of the web who literally function in code. Entries are a 500 word essay on why a person deserves this accolade – expect sharp, lively and off centre stories.

Account Handler of the Year

Often the unsung heroes of the agency, the Account Managers/Executives Account Directors and Project Managers are long overdue some recognition for their part in ensuring agencies retain and grow those hard won accounts. You can enter yourself or nominate one of your team; so long as you’re primary role is looking after existing customers for your agency, you're eligible.

Digital Leader of the Year

This new category is to award an individual who has lead their team or agency to glory through their digital expertise and awesome coaching style. This award is for someone who has not only driven their agency forward but has also made a significant contribution to the wider digital community in the South. You can enter yourself or nominate one of your team.

Creative of the Year

Fans of Comic Sans need not apply. This is another individual award, this time for those digital artists who can take the dullest brief and give it life, colour and that extra spark of fairy dust. Entries are a 500 word essays and pictures are actively encouraged!
